Our conditions for becoming a distributor

IDEMAX specializes in the design and manufacture of street furniture and outdoor play equipment for local authorities, schools, parks, and public spaces. To guarantee distribution quality and preserve our brand image, we have established the following conditions.

Desired profile

To be eligible as an IDEMAX distributor or reseller, you must:

Be a legally incorporated and registered company in the country where you operate.

Work in the fields of outdoor design, community facilities, construction, or landscaping.

Have a network of clients (local authorities, schools, developers, construction companies, etc.).

Reseller Commitments

Brand compliance: The IDEMAX image, name, and products must be presented in accordance with our graphic charter and without unauthorized modifications.

Active promotion: You agree to promote our products through your communication channels.

Prices and commercial terms: You agree to comply with the recommended retail prices and defined pricing terms, unless specifically authorized otherwise.

No counterfeiting or imitation: It is strictly forbidden to reproduce or copy our designs.

Ordering Conditions

We do not impose a minimum order amount; this depends on the type of product.

Terms and payments: Payment upon order unless otherwise specified (subject to approval by IDEMAX's finance department).

Shipping costs: based on a certain volume or according to a specific agreement.

Territoriality and Exclusivity

Territorial exclusivity may be considered subject to guaranteed annual volumes and active engagement in the field.

Any exclusivity is formalized by a separate contract with specific objectives.

Supplier support

Access to customized marketing tools: catalogs, technical data sheets, 3D visuals.

Termination of Partnership

IDEMAX reserves the right to terminate the collaboration in the event of non-compliance with the established conditions or behavior that damages the brand.

The distributor/reseller may withdraw from the agreement by giving three months' written notice.
